After 16 years as a nurse practitioner, Lisa Naylor chose to work at Penn Yan Community Health, part of Finger Lakes Community Health, because she believes everyone deserves access to quality healthcare.
Lisa Naylor became a nurse because of her aunt’s encouragement and her own desire to help others. She especially enjoys caring for older adults because they have lived full lives and have so many stories and experiences to share. Lisa believes they deserve kindness, respect, and the best care possible. She welcomes patients of all ages and enjoys helping everyone live healthier lives.
After 16 years as a nurse practitioner, Lisa chose to work at Penn Yan Community Health, part of Finger Lakes Community Health, because she believes everyone deserves access to quality healthcare. She appreciates that the health center helps patients with more than medical care, including health insurance, food, and other everyday needs. Lisa also enjoys caring for people from many different backgrounds, with a special interest in safely managing multiple medications and making healthy food choices to improve their overall health.
When she’s not caring for patients, Lisa enjoys spending time with her sister, hiking, and gardening. During the winter, she likes putting together puzzles and relaxing by the wood stove with a good book.
